Howsham Hall (Part 2), The Seat of Col. The Hon. Tatton Willoughby

Original Country Life magazine dated August 31st 1935 featuring a main article on Howsham Hall in Yorkshire (Part 2), once owned by the Wentworths and Cholmleys of Whitby and Howsham, Sir Hugh the Royalist and Sir Hugh the Engineer.  A six page illustrated article written by Arthur Oswald with images of the exterior and interior of the Jacobean Hall including views the dining room, decoration and furnishings, the pannelled bedroom, the Duke of York's room and more. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Eustace Percy with her Daughters.
