Original Country Life magazine dated August 24th 1935 featuring a main article on Howsham Hall in Yorkshire (Part 1), built by Sir William Bamburgh Ca. 1610.  A six page illustrated article written by Arthur Oswald with images of the Jacobean Hall from the south-west, the porch, architectural details and the interior including views of the hall, the dining room and more. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Deborah Greenwood.
