Country Life magazine dated October 31st 1931 featuring a main article on Government House in Jerusalem, designed by Mr Austin. St. B. Harrison, F.R.I.B.A, built for His Excellency General Wauchope. This issue contains a six page write up titled 'A Crusaders Castle of To-day' with black and white photograph illustrations of Government House (interior, exterior, furnishings and plans). This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Captain and Lady May Abel Smith.
