An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated May 1st 1909 featuring a main article on Charlton House in Kent (Part 1), The Seat of Sir Spencer P. Maryon-Wilson, BT, of Eastborne. Nine page write up with black and white illustrations of the house interior, exterior and garden. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Chetwode and Her Son.
