An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated July 6th 1901 featuring a main article on Mapperton House, Beaminster in Dorset, the Residence of Rev. P. M. Compton. 5 page write up with many black and white illustrations of the property and gardens. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Countess of Warwick.
